When you work from home, customer letters, contracts and personal mail can end up in the same place. A dedicated business address helps separate those routines. After approval, you use it for your public business details and correspondence within the agreed scope.
This can be useful for an independent consultant, an online seller or a part-time business. The service does not include a workspace in Dahn, and it does not change where you actually carry out your work.

Use a consistent recipient name
Book for the company or self-employed activity that will use the address. Your personal details and any company evidence must match the customer type you select. Check the verification document list before you start.
Once approved, use the confirmed recipient name and full address consistently. Do not add another company under an existing company profile. If you run more than one business, their bookings and verification records are managed separately in the Business Hub.
When your home address is still required
A business address can keep your home address out of suitable public business listings. It will not erase details you published previously, old invoices or copies held by others. When you change address, work through the places where your contact information appears.
Authorities, banks and other organisations may still require your personal details or evidence of where you operate. Use the approved address for its agreed purpose and provide other required information accurately.
How soon will your business mail be available online?
The Business plans share the same core address services. Choose between them by digital processing time. If your business receives time-sensitive letters, allow for both the delivery period and the time you need to respond.
Your Business Hub gives you access to scans and requests for available paper originals. Physical shipping is charged separately. Requirements for a trade registration or a change of business details need to be checked with the responsible authority.

Do I need an office in Dahn?
No. The plan provides the stated address and mail services. It does not include your own workspace or a permanent office at the location.
Is the lowest-priced plan suitable for every business?
Core address services do not differ by profession. Choose the delivery period according to how quickly you need to read your letters. A long processing period may not suit time-sensitive mail.
Can I use a personal-mail plan for my business?
Personal-mail plans are intended for private correspondence. Choose a Business plan for business use.
When can I publish the new address?
After successful verification and approval. Use the confirmed details and check the requirements of each listing or recipient.
