The address is your German location for the business uses covered by your selected plan. It also includes letter-mail acceptance, digital delivery and management through the Business Hub.

Use the approved address on your website, legal notice and invoices, and for business correspondence, within the agreed scope. Keep the confirmed company name and address consistent so customers and senders can identify your business.
Authorities and registers
The usage agreement documents your right to use the address; the Address Confirmation confirms the associated address details. For trade or commercial-register registration, submit the evidence requested by the responsible authority. Booking the address does not decide the outcome of that process.
No residence or dedicated office
The Business plan does not provide accommodation or permanent workspaces. An address alone does not move the actual place where your company is managed.

What does a business address with mail handling provide?
You receive a real German street address where letters for your business can be delivered. Your plan sets out the included address and mail services. The service does not include legal, tax or procedural representation.
When may I use the address?
Use begins after successful verification and approval. With the optional Express review, we process a complete submission within two business hours.
How do I receive my mail?
Incoming letter mail is accepted and made available digitally in the Business Hub according to your plan’s processing time.
Which Business plan should I choose?
Consider how long you can wait to read a letter digitally. The plan cards show the period from arrival at our location. If you regularly need to respond at short notice, a longer processing period may not suit you. Express speeds up verification review, not ongoing mail processing.
Is a Business plan intended for personal mail?
Business plans are intended for business use. Personal letter mail has a separate personal mail-address service. The linked virtual-address guide explains the difference and links to both offers.
What should I do when switching my business address?
Wait for approval and use the confirmed company and recipient details. Update your website, invoice templates and relevant profiles, and tell important senders. Check changes with banks, authorities and registers separately. The linked guide includes a checklist for making the switch.
Can I book before forming a UG or GmbH?
Yes. The verification process includes a planned-formation option. Submit your identity documents; completed company evidence is not required at this first stage. Upload it securely after formation. Check with your notary or register authority which documents your particular procedure requires.
Do I need to travel to Germany to book and verify?
You do not need to visit Dahn for our booking and online verification. Submit your details, identity documents and selfie online. For an existing foreign company, also provide a register extract or comparable company evidence. Any notary or authority appointments and requirements are separate from our process.
Which documents are included?
Business plans include a usage agreement and an Address Confirmation. Your personal documents are provided after booking, verification and approval.
