What is a serviceable address?
A serviceable business address in Germany is a legally valid address, not a post office box, to which registered mail as well as official and judicial documents can be reliably delivered.
Can I use the address to register a business?
In the Freelancer and Basic plans, the address is reserved exclusively for the imprint and mail acceptance. The Premium plan also includes mail acceptance and parcel service. With the Business plan, you receive an address that can officially be used for business registration and the commercial register. This also includes a rental agreement and a company sign at the location.
Can the address be used as a residence?
No. Our addresses are business addresses only and cannot be used as a private residence or registered address.
How is my mail processed?
Depending on the chosen plan, your mail will be scanned and forwarded via email. This happens twice a month with the Freelancer and Basic plans, and daily with the Premium and Business plans. Upon request, bulk forwarding via DHL is also possible. The postage is always passed on to you directly.
Can I have packages delivered?
Parcel acceptance is optionally available for an additional charge in the Freelancer and Basic plans. The Premium plan includes one parcel up to 5 kg per month, and the Business plan includes five parcels up to 20 kg per month.
What additional costs may arise?
Additional charges apply exclusively for requested additional services. These include postage for physical forwarding, additional collective forwarding, and parcel forwarding that exceeds the inclusive quota.
How does business registration work with the Business Package?
With the Business Option, you will receive written confirmation including a rental agreement. You can submit these documents directly to the trade office or commercial register.
How can I cancel?
Our subscriptions can be canceled monthly. A short email notification is sufficient. Mail received after the end of the contract will no longer be processed or forwarded.
What advantages does an address offer over a PO box?
Unlike a PO box, our business address is valid for official documents, contracts, and invoices. You receive a professional address in Germany, suitable for your imprint and business documents, and can also be used for business registrations and commercial register entries upon request. In addition, we offer digital mail processing, parcel acceptance, and transparent additional services, giving you a fully functional business address.

What is a virtual business address in Germany?
A virtual business address is a legally valid address in Germany. It is suitable for legal notices, business correspondence, official documents, and other official letters – unlike a simple post office box.
Can I use a virtual business address for business registration?
Yes. With our commercial option including lease agreement and company sign, the address is officially suitable for business registration and commercial register.
Can I use a virtual business address as my residence?
No. A virtual address is intended solely for business purposes and cannot be used as a private residence or registration address.
How does the mail scan work with a virtual address?
Your mail will be scanned at the selected interval (e.g. once a month, weekly or daily) and made available as a PDF in your Nextcloud account.
How does mail forwarding work with a business address?
We forward your business mail either in batches or immediately upon request. Shipping costs are calculated on a 1:1 basis – without surcharges.
Will I get a company sign at the address?
Yes. With the commercial option, we create a customized company sign that is installed directly at the location – ideal for business registration and professionalism.
What are the advantages of a virtual business address compared to a post office box?
A virtual business address is legally valid and can be used for service of process. This allows authorities, courts, and business partners to reliably deliver mail – something a regular post office box cannot offer.
How quickly can I set up my virtual business address?
The setup process begins immediately after booking. Your address is activated right away and can be used immediately in your legal notice, on invoices, or for business registration.
