Read scans and request originals when needed
Basic and Plus differ in their digital processing period. The period starts when a letter reaches the location. Choose according to how soon you need to read your personal correspondence.
Check available handling and shipping requests for paper originals in your Business Hub. Request any originals you need in good time. Unless otherwise agreed, the terms allow physical mail to be destroyed after 30 days from receipt. Unlimited acceptance of ordinary letters does not mean unlimited shipping or general parcel acceptance.
Questions about personal mail
Can I register this as my residence?
No. The service provides a personal mail address within the agreed scope, not accommodation or a residential registration address.
Can my company also use my personal-mail booking?
Personal-mail plans are not intended for business address use. Company correspondence and business documents require a suitable Business plan.
Is every letter immediately forwarded to where I am staying?
The plan provides digital access within its processing period. Physical forwarding of available originals is a separate request with separate charges.
