Is the business address legally serviceable?
Yes. The YourGermanAddress address is legally serviceable – meaning it is a physically reachable address at which business mail and official correspondence can be legally delivered. It meets the statutory requirements that authorities, courts and the commercial register impose on a business address. A PO box alone would not be sufficient for this purpose.
Can I use the address in my legal imprint?
Yes. The address is suitable for use in a German legal imprint pursuant to §5 TMG. It is legally serviceable and can therefore be used as an official contact address for online shops, websites and marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay or Shopify. A usage agreement is included.
Is the usage agreement included?
